MBC was hired as a Subcontractor to Michael Baker Jr., Inc. to perform gate modifications for the Department of Homeland Security. These modifications consisted of the repairs of 170 gates along the International Border between the United States of America and Mexico, San Diego Sector. The work included the removal of 170 brass rings, drilling of 680 holes for new pin supports and gate modifications. This project was completed on time and to the upmost satisfaction of the prime contractor and the client.
